If designed well, small group learning promotes active participation of the group members and facilitates the development of problem-solving, reasoning, communication, and self-assessment skills.
This workshop aims to provide the participants the actual experience of being involved in interprofessional small group learning either as a group member or as a facilitator. This experience hopes to facilitate analysis on how small group engagement can contribute in “learning with, from and about each other to improve collaboration and quality of care”. The workshop participant will experience team working skill, collaborative leadership skill, communication skill, project management skill, presentation skills etc through PCWs. Each PCW webinars will be of three hours duration & six such arranged between 9AM to 5 PM.
